If you purchased a ticket from a Hospiscare shop, it will have a 7-digit ticket number
- On the Results page, use the search box for the draw date shown on the ticket
- If your ticket number is listed under the same draw date as shown on your ticket, please complete this form to claim your prize
Please note: ticket numbers are re-used each week, so your ticket number must be checked against the results for the draw date shown on your ticket.
*If you subscribe to the Weekly Lottery and you are a lucky winner, there is no need to claim! A prize cheque will automatically be sent to you.
