Self-Exclusion is a formal process whereby, at your request, we cease to allow you to purchase lottery entries from Hospiscare shops, online or any other outlet for a minimum period of 6 months. During this period we may not send you any marketing material and you will not be permitted to purchase a lottery entry at these locations.

Once you self-exclude, we cannot reverse this process for any reason. After the expiry of the exclusion period you may telephone us to inform us that you do not want the exclusion to continue after which we will provide you with a 24 hour cooling off period, during which you may elect to keep the exclusion in place.
